Shops
Model Colors keeps a directory of model and hobby shops — the places that actually stock the paints and kits you are looking for. It is maintained by the people who use the app: if you know a good shop that is missing, you can add it.
How it works
- Browse the directory — see the shops others have added.
- Add a shop — submit one you know, with the details that make it worth a visit.
- Keep it accurate — shops change hands, move, and close. Entries can be corrected.
New and edited entries are reviewed before they appear, so the list stays useful rather than filling up with noise.
Where it lives
The directory is on the web rather than in the app, which makes it far easier to type in a shop's details and keep them tidy. It lives at my.modelcolors.app.
Signing in
You sign in with the same Apple Account you already use for Model Colors on your iPhone, iPad or Mac.
Signing in on the web does not set up anything new — it simply recognises the Model Colors account you already have, so the shops you add are tied to you. If you have not used the app with that Apple Account yet, open Model Colors on your device first, and the website will recognise you afterwards.
